Founder
Dr. George Lankford
A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Dr. Lankford earned his Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University and a B.S. in Mathematics from LaGrange College, where he serves on the Board of Trustees. He has served on the Northern Virginia Professionals Chapter Board for the National Society of Black Engineers and brings deep expertise in data science, cloud architecture, and software engineering. NeoMax was founded in 2021 and has thrived post-COVID with a growing, diverse team combining over 30 years of experience in mission-driven innovation.
